Message sending errors meaning

There are several errors that can cause your message to be not sent. In the Wazzup chats, the meaning of the error is displayed when hovering over the “cross”:

If you are communicating with your clients using the native CRM chats, you will receive the error text as a system message in the chat. Only you will be able to see it.

All the errors that have been saved in the communication history until March 25, 2020, have the “13” status (“The client who the message is addressed to has not installed the application or has linked it to another number”). The reason is that before that date, all errors had the same code “13”, and only now we have separated and named them.

Below are the details about every error’s meaning and the ways to fix them.

18The message was not sent due to suspected spam.WhatsApp filters have suspected spam from your account. Try to decrease your profile's activity level. Interact with your clients manually.
19The sending has been interrupted. There were too many messages sent from the account.WhatsApp filters have interrupted the sending because of a large number of outgoing messages. Try to decrease your activity level.

Instagram

14The message text is too long.An Instagram message should not be longer than 1,000 symbols. Shorten the text.
15Instagram filters do not allow the message because of the link.Instagram filters are not letting the link from the message through. Make sure that the link is working. Try to add more text to the message and send it again.
