Messaging in Bitrix24 mobile app

You cannot initiate communication with a client in the Bitrix24 mobile application. You will need to start messaging in your Wazzup dashboard or in the browser version of Bitrix24. When the client replies, continue messaging via the application using Wazzup Chats or Open Channels chats.

Using Wazzup Chats

  1. Go to the “Chats” in the bottom panel → Wazzup notifications chat.
  2. Follow the link in the “Reply via chat” message.
  3. Write to the chat.

Using Open Channels

  1. Go to the “Open Channels” in the bottom panel.
  2. Enter the chat you need → “Reply”.
  3. Write to the chat.

Upon starting messaging in Open Channels, the application automatically creates a new contact and deal.
