Before starting the integration, add a WhatsApp channel to your Wazzup account. You can find out how to do it here.
Open the Wazzup window. Go to integrations settings and press the “Add integration” button:
A window will appear. Choose “Integration by API”:
Choose the “I need to get web-hooks” option:
Open a new tab in your browser and go to your EnvyCRM profile. Open the settings. In the integration section, choose the “Social networks and messengers” tab. Find Wazzup in the list and press “Connect”.
A window will pop up. Copy the Callback url:
Go back to your Wazzup personal account and enter the link. Press “Connect”:
A window will appear. Copy the API key:
Go to your EnvyCRM page. Insert the API key in the second line of the field:
In the API address line, enter your Wazzup domain:
Working with Wazzup
Messages that leads or clients send to your number in WhatsApp will be directed to your CRM. You can reply both in the CRM chat and in the Chats in your Wazzup personal account. Whichever method of communication you choose, the messages will be synchronized in both services.
