Instagram comment filter

Configure the display of Instagram comments in your CRM to avoid unnecessary notifications and keep your communication history clear and concise.

You can find the filters in the channel settings in your Wazzup dashboard.

In the “Channel mode” setting, choose “Direct messages and comments” or “Comments”:

Below, two more types of filters will appear: by keywords and by URL.

By keywords

If you need to monitor comments that contain specific words and collocations, enable the “Filter for comments by keywords”:

  1. Tick the filter.
  2. In the window below the filter, specify the key words.
  3. Press Enter after each word or phrase.

By post’s URL

Filter comments based on the black-list or white-list principle.

White list

The filter allows you to make it so that your CRM will only display the comments to the posts of your choice. Use it if most of your content is for entertainment but you sometimes publish posts that sell or promote.

  1. Tick the “Show comments” filter → “From posts specified below”.
  2. In the window, input the URLs of the posts you need.
  3. Press Enter after each address.

Black list

The filter allows you to make it so that your CRM will display all comments except the ones you have listed. Use it if most of your content is directly related to sales but you do occasionally make posts replies to which may only distract your employees in charge.

  1. Tick the “Show comments” filter → “From all posts, except the specified below”.
  2. In the window, input URLs of the posts to ignore.
  3. Press Enter after each address.
