In an individual dialogue
- the contact’s name will be the same as the customer called himself in WhatsApp, if the contact is created by incoming;
- the contact’s name is taken from the personal account of Wazzup or CRM, if the contact was created there;
- the contact’s name in Wazzup chat will change if you change it in CRM.
In a group dialogue
- the contact’s name is taken from the phone, if the contact is saved in it;
- the phone number is displayed instead of the name if the contact is not stored in the phone.
