First message to a client on Instagram in amoCRM

1. Go to the deal card.

2. Enter the customer’s username starting with “@” in the “Instagram (WZ)” field below the contact’s name.

3. Click on the button in the upper right corner. A dialogue with the Instagram account from the deal card will appear in the chat.

4. Write and send a message.

5. After the client answers you, the “instaWZ” button will appear in the deal card:

6. Now the client can write from the deal card. We do not advise you to abuse this function due to its high spam risk.
