Before starting the integration — add the WhatsApp channel to your Wazzup account.
- Go to “Integrations” in your personal account settings.
- Click
.
- Select “Integration by API”.
- Copy the API key that appears.
- Open your Cubics CRM profile.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Select the “Integrations” section.
- Find the “Wazzup” tab and click “Install”.
- Paste the API key you copied into the “Wazzup API Key” field.
- Insert your Wazzup ID without the hyphen as “12345678” in the “Wazzup ID” field. It is located in the upper left corner of your Wazzup account.
- Indicate the number of the channel with which you plan to work with and the responsible employee.
- Click “Save”.
- Go to the Messages section in Cubics CRM and click on Wazzup.
- Done — you’ve connected your Cubics CRM integration.
