1. Create a contact and add his phone number to Bitrix24.
2. Click on the “Wazzup” button in the top panel of the card.
3. Write a message to the client. After sending, the Open Channel chat window will appear in the card.
4. Click on in the lower right corner of the Chat alert in the feed in the customer card to go to the Open Channel dialog window.
5. Click “Reply”.
6. Done — you have created a dialogue with a client in the Open Line.
