Using the integration logs, you can track the date and time when the integration settings were changed, and for amoCRM, you can track errors associated with the automatic creation of deals. Integration logs are located in the upper right corner in the integration settings.
There can be a yellow or red icon to the left of the log. Yellow icon — information log, red — error log.
Logs for amoCRM
|Incoming leads were merged||Everything is working as it should be. No problems found. The deal was attached to the stage and the funnel according to paragraph 2 of the integration rules.|
|Incoming leads were not found||There was an error which made it impossible to find incoming leads for a period of 15 seconds. This can happen when there is an error on the amoCRM side. Please, contact the amoCRM support.|
|Incoming leads were handled according to third-party service rules||Automation amoCRM (Salesbot, auto-gluing, trigger) or a third-party service installed in your amoCRM worked faster. Check the rules of all automations for trigger conflicts. If there is no conflict between them, and the deal was still not created at the required stage, contact Wazzup support.|
|Incoming leads merge error||There was an error due to technical reasons outside of our control. Such errors are isolated occurrences. However, if this error keeps happening more than once every 2-3 days, please, contact Wazzup support.|
