WAZZUP Help

Working with subscription

After registration, you get 3 days to test the service for free. During this period, you can add integrations, create channels, and receive and send messages.

To continue using the service after the 3-day trial period expires, add a subscription and pay for it.

  1. Go to the “Finance” section in your Wazzup personal account.
  2. Click on “Add a subscription”.
  3. Choose which channel you want to add to your subscription: WhatsApp or Instagram.
  4. Enter the number of channels.
  5. Choose a tariff.
  6. Choose a term. The longer the subscription term, the lower the price per channel per day.
  7. Click “Create subscription.”
  8. Done — you have created a subscription.

When you create a subscription, channels are added to it automatically. For example, if you have 2 WhatsApp channels in your account, you create a subscription for 1 channel, Wazzup will randomly choose a channel and add it to the subscription. It may not be the channel you wanted to add. To fix this, select the subscription — a settings window will open on the right.

Click “Remove” from the channel you want to unsubscribe. Then click “Add” on the channel you want to add to the subscription.

You can pay for your subscription within a week of creating it. If the subscription is not paid within this week, the channel in the subscription will be turned off. The subscription is paid automatically after creation if there is enough money on your balance. You will need to renew the subscription manually.

Renew Subscription

  1. Go to “Subscriptions” under “Finance” in your Wazzup personal account settings.
  2. Click on the subscription you want to renew.
  3. Click “Extend” in the upper right corner.
  4. Select the renewal term. You can only extend the subscription if you have enough money on your balance. If you do not have enough funds, you can top up your balance.
  5. Click “Extend”.
  6. Done — you have renewed your subscription.

Change the number of channels in your subscription

  1. Go to “Subscriptions” in the “Finance” section of the Wazzup personal cabinet settings.
  2. Select the subscription you want to change the number of channels in.
  3. Click “Edit”.
  4. Select “+/- channels”.
  5. Enter the total number of channels. For example, if you have a subscription for 3 channels and you want to add another channel, you would need to enter “4” in the box. If you have 3 channels and want to remove one channel, you need to enter “2” in the field.
  6. Click “Pay” or “Extend” depending on whether you increase or decrease the number of channels.
  7. Done — you have changed the number of channels in your subscription.

You can increase or decrease the number of channels in each subscription. If you increase the number of channels, you need to pay extra for the added channels.

If the number of channels decreases, the subscription period will be extended.

The amount of the surcharge and the renewal period are indicated as of the day of viewing.

If you increase the number of channels, the surcharge is based on the number of days remaining in the subscription. For example, you paid for one month on the “Pro” tariff. Half a month has passed. You decide to add one channel. In this case you will need to pay extra for half a month of one channel on “Pro” tariff.

If you reduce the number of channels, your subscription will be extended by the cost of the channels excluded from the subscription. For example, you paid a subscription for two channels for one month on the “Pro” tariff. Half a month of your subscription has passed. You decide to remove one channel. In this case, your subscription will be extended for half a month.

Change your subscription plan

  1. Go to “Subscriptions” under “Finance” in your Wazzup personal cabinet settings.
  2. Select the subscription you want to change the rate for.
  3. Click “Edit”.
  4. Click “Change tariff”.
  5. Choose a tariff plan.
  6. Click “Pay” or “Extend”.
  7. Done — you’ve changed your subscription rate.

You can only create one subscription with a particular tariff. You cannot create two subscriptions for a WhatsApp channel with a Pro tariff. If you have created a subscription for a WhatsApp channel with a Pro tariff, and later you need the same subscription, add the channel to the existing subscription.

If you have Pro and Max subscriptions and want to move the channel from Pro to Max, remove the channel from Pro subscription and add it to Max subscription in subscription settings.

You can change a subscription if you haven’t created a separate subscription with that tariff yet. For example, you have a subscription with a Start plan. You will only be able to change to Pro or Max if you don’t have subscriptions with those plans. If you have subscriptions with Pro and Max plans, remove the channel from the Start plan and add it to the subscription with the right tariff.

If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, you will need to pay the price difference.

If you switch to a less expensive plan, your subscription will be extended.

The amount of the surcharge and the renewal period are indicated as of the day of viewing.

If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, you will need to pay the difference in price depending on the plan and the remaining subscription period. For example, you paid for one month on the “Start” plan. Half a month of your subscription has passed. You decide to change your subscription to “Pro”. In this case you need to pay extra for half a month on the “Pro” tariff.

If you switch to a less expensive plan, your subscription will be renewed based on the subscription price and the remaining validity period. For example, you paid for one month on the “Pro” plan. Half a month of your subscription has passed. You decide to change to the “Start” plan. In this case your subscription will be extended for six months on the “Start” tariff.
