Choose a plan based on the answer to the question “How many leads do you have per month?” The number of dialogs on the plan should be greater than the number of leads per month.

A dialogue is considered a correspondence in which there was at least one outgoing message. For example, if you wrote to a client on the 1st day, all your correspondence with this account until the end of the month will be considered 1 dialogue. You can see the number of dialogues in the counter in your Wazzup personal account.
Counter — counter of the number of dialogs. The counter is located in the channel settings in your Wazzup personal account: “Channels” → channel selection → the “Counter” tab on the right.
In the “Counter” tab, the date is shown on the left, and the number of dialogs for this channel to this date is shown on the right. The counter is reset to zero every month on the first day and the countdown of dialogues starts over.
For example, in the screenshot above, by December 30, the channel had 7 dialogues, which means that for the whole December there was correspondence with 7 different accounts on this channel. On the 1st of the month, the counter was reset and there was no communication on the channel until the 4th. The first dialogue is on 4th. Then on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, the counter shows the same dialogue. On January 9, 11 and 12, one more chat is added to the channel. In total, by January 14, the channel had 4 dialogues.
The counter shows not the number of conversations for a specific day, but the number of conversations in this month to that date.
Limit — the number of dialogues per month available on the plan. When the limit is reached, you will not be able to send outgoing messages, while incoming messages from clients will continue to flow to you. If you have crossed the limit before the end of the month, upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference in the cost of plans. You will need to pay extra only for the days that remain until the end of the subscription.
Subscription — payment of the cost of each channel for a specific service period: 1, 6, 12 or 24 months. At the same time, the price per channel will decrease when choosing a subscription for a longer service.
