“Connection error” appears when our service cannot access CRM. This happens due to a change in access rights or password, CRM update or manual deletion of our widget.
To get Wazzup up and running again, reinstall the integration.
Delete integration from your Wazzup dashboard
- Go to ” Settings”
in the upper-left corner → “Integrations”.
- Select the desired integration → “Delete”.
Now delete the integration from your CRM:

- Go to “Settings”
on the left panel → “Integrations”.
- Click on “WhatsApp and Instagram for amoCRM”
→ “Uninstall”.
Now reconnect the integration.
Bitrix24
- Go to “Applications “on the left panel → “Installed” on the top panel.
- Click “Delete” to the right of Wazzup → “Delete”.
Now reconnect the integration.
Zoho
- Go to “Settings”
in the upper-right corner → “Marketplace” → “All”.
- Select “Installed” from the top menu → “Uninstall” under “Wazzup” → “Ok”.
Now reconnect the integration.
Hubspot
- Go to “Settings”
in the upper right corner → “Integrations” on the left panel → “Connected Apps”.
- Click “Uninstall” to the right of “Wazzup” and to the right of “WazzupAppAuth”.
Now reconnect the integration.
PlanFix
- Open “Settings”
in the upper-right menu → “Account management”.
- Select “Integrations” in the left panel → “Messengers”.
- Click on “WhatsApp” → the slider under “WZ”.
Now reconnect the integration.
Megaplan
- Open “Settings”
in the top menu → “Personal settings”.
- Select “Integration” from the top menu → “Integration with WhatsApp” on the left panel.
- Click “Reset”.
Now reconnect the integration.
EnvyCRM
- Go to “Settings”
on the left panel → “Integration”.
- Select “Social networks and messengers” in the top menu → “Disable” under “Wazzup”.
